To reach Saihinkan by public transport, take the Iyo Railway from Iyo Station. Board a train heading towards Matsuyama and get off at the Nadamachi Station. The fare is approximately 300 yen. From Nadamachi Station, it's a 10-minute walk to Saihinkan. Exit the station and head south on Nadamachi Street. Continue straight until you reach the address 311-1 Nadamachi.
