Car
If you are traveling by car, start from central Izumo and head northeast on Route 9. Follow the signs for Taisha/Izumo Taisha Shrine. After passing by the shrine, continue on Route 9 for about 3 kilometers. Turn left onto Route 431 and continue for approximately 2 kilometers. Kitajima Kokusokan Hall will be on your right at 194 Taishacho Kizukihigashi. There is free parking available on-site.

Public Transportation - Bus
From Izumo Station, take the Ichibata Electric Railway bus bound for Izumo Taisha. The bus ride takes about 15 minutes. Get off at the 'Kizuki Shinto Shrine' stop. From there, it is a short 5-minute walk to Kitajima Kokusokan Hall. Head northeast on Taishacho Kizukihigashi street, and the hall will be on your left. The bus fare is approximately 300 yen.

Public Transportation - Train and Walk
If you prefer to use the train, take the Ichibata Electric Railway from Izumo Station heading towards Izumo Taisha. Get off at the Izumo Taisha-mae Station. From there, it is about a 15-minute walk to Kitajima Kokusokan Hall. Head east on Taisha-cho, then turn right onto Taishacho Kizukihigashi street. The hall will be on your right. The train fare is approximately 500 yen.
