If you are traveling by car from central Kaga, take Route 8 northbound. Continue on Route 8 for approximately 15 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Route 305. Turn left onto Route 305 and follow the signs for Echizen. After about 9 kilometers, you'll arrive at the Echizen Pottery Village located at 6-12 Ozowara, Echizen, Nyu District, Fukui 916-0273. Parking is available on-site, but be aware that there may be a small parking fee.

Public Transportation
To reach Echizen Pottery Village using public transportation, start by taking the Kaga Onsen Railway from Kaga Onsen Station to Awara Onsen Station. This journey takes approximately 15 minutes. From Awara Onsen Station, transfer to the Echizen Railway and take the train towards Katsuyama. Get off at the Echizen Station, which is about a 25-minute ride. From Echizen Station, take a local bus (Echizen Tetsudo Bus) towards Ozowara. The bus ride will take approximately 20 minutes. Disembark at the Ozowara stop, and the Echizen Pottery Village will be a short walk from the bus stop. Be sure to check the bus schedule in advance, as services may be limited, especially on weekends.
