If you are traveling by car from Kaga, head north on Route 8 towards Fukui. The journey takes approximately 30-40 minutes depending on traffic. Once you arrive in Fukui, navigate to 3 Chome-17-1 Ote, Fukui, 910-0005. There is parking available near the Fukui Castle Ruins, but be sure to check for any parking fees, which typically range from 100 to 300 yen per hour.

To reach Fukui Castle Ruins using public transportation, take a train from Kaga to Fukui Station. The JR Hokuriku Line connects these two locations, and the journey usually takes around 40-50 minutes. Once you arrive at Fukui Station, exit the station and take a taxi or walk to the castle ruins. Walking will take approximately 15-20 minutes. If you choose to take a taxi, the fare should be around 800-1000 yen.

Alternatively, you can take a bus from Kaga to Fukui. Check the local bus schedules for routes that connect Kaga to Fukui. The bus ride may take about 1 hour.
