If you are driving, start from the center of Kai and head towards National Route 20 (Kofu Bypass). Follow the signs for Tokyo and merge onto Chuo Expressway. Stay on the expressway for approximately 30 kilometers. Take the exit towards Shinjuku and merge onto Ken-o Expressway. Continue on Ken-o Expressway, and follow signs for Chiyoda City. Once in Chiyoda, look for signs to 'Kanda Surugadai.' The Hijiri Bridge is located at 4 Chome Kanda Surugadai, Chiyoda City, which should be visible as you approach the area.

Public Transportation
To reach Hijiri Bridge via public transportation, start at the nearest train station in Kai, which is Kofu Station. Take the JR Chuo Line towards Tokyo. After approximately 90 minutes, disembark at Tokyo Station. From Tokyo Station, transfer to the Marunouchi Line and take the train towards Ikebukuro. Get off at Otemachi Station. Once you exit the station, head towards the exit for Chiyoda City. Walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach 4 Chome Kanda Surugadai. The Hijiri Bridge will be on your left.
