If you are driving from central Kai, head southeast on Route 20 towards Kofu. Continue for about 10 kilometers until you reach the junction with Route 52. Merge onto Route 52 and follow the signs towards Tokyo. After approximately 80 kilometers, take the exit toward Chiyoda City. Once in Chiyoda, follow local signs to the Izumi Bridge. Parking may be available nearby, but be sure to check for any parking fees.

To reach Izumi Bridge using public transport, start by taking the JR Chuo Line from Kai to Shinjuku Station. This journey takes about 60 minutes. From Shinjuku Station, transfer to the JR Sobu Line and head towards Chiyoda Station. The journey from Shinjuku to Chiyoda takes approximately 15 minutes. Once you arrive at Chiyoda Station, exit the station and head east towards the bridge, which is about a 10-minute walk. Ensure you have a prepaid Suica or Pasmo card for easier access to public transport.
