    If you are driving from central Kai, head southeast on Route 20 towards Kofu. Continue for about 10 kilometers until you reach the junction with Route 52. Merge onto Route 52 and follow the signs towards Tokyo. After approximately 80 kilometers, take the exit toward Chiyoda City. Once in Chiyoda, follow local signs to the Izumi Bridge.
