Car
If you're driving from central Kai, start by heading southeast on Route 20 towards Ome. Continue on Route 20 for about 30 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Route 5. Take the exit onto Route 5, following the signs for Ome. After approximately 5 kilometers, turn left onto Sawai Street (Sawai Dori). You will see Kanzanji located at 2 Chome-748 Sawai on your right. There is parking available nearby.
Public Transportation
To reach Kanzanji using public transportation, first, make your way to the nearest train station in Kai, such as the Kai City Station. Take the JR Chuo Line towards Tokyo and get off at Ome Station. From Ome Station, transfer to the local bus service towards Sawai. The bus ride will take about 15 minutes. Get off at the Sawai stop, and Kanzanji will be a short 5-minute walk from there, located at 2 Chome-748 Sawai, which you can find by following the signs.
