For public transport, start at Kai City Station. Take the JR Chuo Line towards Tokyo and get off at Shinjuku Station (approximately 1 hour). From Shinjuku, transfer to the Keio Inokashira Line and take the train towards Shibuya. Get off at Ikejiri-Ohashi Station. Exit the station and walk east on Ikejiri Street for about 10 minutes. Kawaii Cooking will be at 3 Chome-21-33 Ikejiri, Setagaya City, Tokyo.
