Car
If you're driving from the center of Kai, head towards Route 20 and take the exit towards Chuo Expressway. Follow the expressway for about 30 kilometers and take the exit for Shinjuku. Merge onto Route 1 and continue toward the Minato area. Once you reach Daiba, look for signs directing you to Rainbow Promenade. There is parking available nearby, which may incur a cost of around 500-1000 JPY per hour.

Public Transportation - Train
Start by taking the JR Chuo Line from Kai Station to Tokyo Station. From Tokyo Station, transfer to the Yamanote Line and head towards Shimbashi Station. At Shimbashi, transfer to the Yurikamome Line and take it directly to Daiba Station. Upon arriving at Daiba Station, follow the signs to Rainbow Promenade, which is a short walk away. The total train fare will be approximately 1500 JPY.

Public Transportation - Bus
From Kai, take a local bus to Kofu Station. At Kofu Station, board an express bus to Tokyo. Once you arrive in Tokyo, transfer to the Yurikamome Line at Shimbashi Station. Take the Yurikamome Line to Daiba Station. Upon exiting, follow signs to Rainbow Promenade. The total bus fare from Kai to Tokyo is around 2000 JPY, and the Yurikamome Line fare from Shimbashi to Daiba is approximately 320 JPY.
