Car
From central Kai, take Route 20 heading south towards Hatsukaichi. Continue on Route 20 for approximately 15 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Route 2. Turn right onto Route 2 and follow the signs for Miyajima. After about 5 kilometers, you will see signs for 'Rokai Bune' or 'Roaring Boat' directing you to the left. Turn left onto the road leading to the waterfront. There is a parking area near the embarkation point. Please note that some parking areas may charge a fee of around ¥500 to ¥1,000 for the day.

Public Transportation
Start at the nearest station in Kai, take a train on the JR Chuo Line towards Nagoya. Transfer at the JR Hiroshima Station to the JR Sanyo Line heading to Mihara. Get off at Miyajima-guchi Station. From the station, follow the signs for the ferry terminal to Miyajima Island. Purchase a ferry ticket (approximately ¥1800 round trip) and board the ferry to Miyajima Island. Once on the island, follow the signs to the 'Rokai Bune' boarding area located at Omoto Beach (御笠の浜), which is a short walk from the ferry terminal.
