If you're driving, head towards Route 20 (Chuo Expressway). From central Kai, take the Route 20 exit toward Kofu. After about 5 km, take the exit toward Ryuo. Continue straight for approximately 2 km until you reach Shingenzutsumi Park, located at 1989-1887 Ryuo, Kai, Yamanashi 400-0118. Parking is available on-site, and it's generally free.

To reach Shingenzutsumi Park by public transport, first take a bus from Kai Station. Look for the bus heading towards Ryuo or Shingenzutsumi. The bus ride takes about 15-20 minutes. Disembark at the 'Shingenzutsumi Koen' stop. From there, it's a short 5-minute walk to the park entrance. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance, as services may vary throughout the day.
