The Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building No.1 is located at 2 Chome-8-1 Nishishinjuku, Shinjuku City, Tokyo 163-8001. Parking is available nearby, but expect to pay a fee of around 500 to 1500 yen per hour depending on the lot.
