Car
If you're driving from the center of Kai, head east on Route 20 towards Kofu City. Continue straight for about 15 kilometers until you reach the junction with Route 139. Take Route 139 towards Shinjuku. After about 60 kilometers, merge onto the Chuo Expressway (E20) towards Tokyo. Follow the expressway for approximately 80 kilometers. Take the exit for Shinjuku and follow the signs to Nishishinjuku, where Shinjuku Juniso Kumano-jinja Shrine is located at 2 Chome-11-2 Nishishinjuku. There is parking available near the shrine, but be prepared for potential parking fees, which typically range from ¥300 to ¥500 per hour.

Public Transportation
To reach Shinjuku Juniso Kumano-jinja Shrine via public transportation from Kai, start at Kai Station. Take the JR Chuo Line towards Tokyo and ride for approximately 60 minutes to Shinjuku Station. Once you arrive at Shinjuku Station, follow the signs to the West Exit. From the West Exit, you can either walk (approximately 15 minutes) or take a short taxi ride (around ¥1,000) to the shrine. If walking, exit the station, turn right and head towards the Nishishinjuku area. The shrine is at 2 Chome-11-2 Nishishinjuku, which should be clearly marked on local maps.
