From Kai, get onto the Chuo Expressway (中央自動車道) towards Yokohama. Follow the expressway for approximately 1 hour. Take the exit towards Yokohama Bay Bridge (横浜ベイブリッジ) and then continue on the road until you reach the area of Honmokufuto. Look for signs directing you to the Yokohama Port Symbol Tower.
