Car
From Kai, get onto the Chuo Expressway (中央自動車道) towards Yokohama. Follow the expressway for approximately 1 hour. Take the exit towards Yokohama Bay Bridge (横浜ベイブリッジ) and then continue on the road until you reach the area of Honmokufuto. Look for signs directing you to the Yokohama Port Symbol Tower. Once you arrive, there is parking available nearby, but be aware that parking fees may apply.

Start by taking the JR Chuo Main Line from Kai Station (甲府駅) towards Tokyo. Transfer at Shinjuku Station (新宿駅) to the JR Shonan-Shinjuku Line and head towards Yokohama Station (横浜駅). From Yokohama Station, take the Minatomirai Line towards Motomachi-Chukagai Station (元町・中華街駅). Get off at Nihon-odori Station (日本大通り駅), which is the closest station to Yokohama Port Symbol Tower. It's about a 15-minute walk from there. Follow the signs to the waterfront and you'll see the tower.

From Kai, take a local bus to Kofu Station (甲府駅). From Kofu Station, catch an express bus to Yokohama Station. Once at Yokohama Station, transfer to the Minatomirai Line towards Motomachi-Chukagai Station (元町・中華街駅). Alight at Nihon-odori Station (日本大通り駅) and walk approximately 15 minutes to arrive at the Yokohama Port Symbol Tower.
