If you are traveling by car, start from central Tajima and head towards Route 9. Continue on Route 9 and follow the signs for Yokohama. Once you reach the junction for Route 1, merge onto Route 1 towards Yokohama. After approximately 1.5 hours of driving, take the exit for Yamatecho. Follow the local signs for Harbor View Park, and you will find the observatory located at 114 Yamatecho, Naka Ward. Parking is available nearby, but may incur a fee of around 500 yen.

To reach Harbor View Park Observatory via public transportation, take the train from Tajima Station to Yokohama Station. The journey takes approximately 1 hour. From Yokohama Station, transfer to the Minato Mirai Line and take the train to Motomachi-Chukagai Station. Once you arrive, take Exit 3 and walk towards Harbor View Park, which is about a 15-minute walk uphill. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes as the path can be steep.
