Walking
If you are already in Kanazawa Castle Park, head towards the large inner garden area known as the 'Ninomaru Garden'. From there, locate the main path that leads out of the garden towards the Ishikawa-mon Gate. As you walk along this path, you will see signs directing you to the Ishikawa-mon Gate. The gate is located towards the northern side of the park. The walk should take approximately 10 minutes, depending on your pace.

If you are near the Kanazawa Castle or the Kenrokuen Garden entrance, head west towards the Ishikawa-mon Gate. Follow the path that runs alongside the castle walls. Keep walking straight and look for the Ishikawa-mon Gate, which will be on your left. The distance from the Kenrokuen Garden entrance to the gate is about 500 meters and should take around 7-10 minutes.
