Car
If you are driving from Kawachi, take the Tsukuba Express Line to the nearest junction. From Kawachi, head southwest on Route 16. Continue straight for about 20km until you reach the Narita area. Follow signs for Narita Airport and merge onto the Narita Expressway. Take the exit for Terminal 1. Follow signs to the parking area for Terminal 1, where you can park your car. The Observation Deck is located on the 4th floor of Terminal 1. Note that parking fees may apply, typically around 500 yen per hour.

From Kawachi Station, take the Tsukuba Express to Akihabara Station (this takes about 30 minutes). Transfer to the JR Sobu Line Rapid Service and board a train heading to Narita. The journey will take approximately 1 hour. Alight at Narita Station and transfer to the Narita Airport Shuttle Bus. The bus ride to Terminal 1 takes about 10-15 minutes. The bus fare is around 300 yen one way. Once you arrive, follow the signs to the Observation Deck located on the 4th floor.
