Car
If you are driving from Kawachi, take the Tsukuba Express Line to the nearest junction. From Kawachi, head southwest on Route 16. Continue straight for about 20km until you reach the Narita area. Follow signs for Narita Airport and merge onto the Narita Expressway. Take the exit for Terminal 1. Follow signs to the parking area for Terminal 1, where you can park your car. The Observation Deck is located on the 4th floor of Terminal 1. Note that parking fees may apply, typically around 500 yen per hour.
