If you're driving from central Kawachi, head northwest on Route 6. Follow signs for Itako City. After approximately 15 minutes, take the exit for Itako and continue on Route 354. Once you reach Itako, look for signs directing you to the Suigo-Itako Iris Garden located at 1-chome-5 Ayame, Itako, Ibaraki 311-2425. Parking is available on site, and it's usually free.

To reach the Suigo-Itako Iris Garden via public transportation, start by taking the Kanto Railway from Kawachi Station to Itako Station. The journey takes about 30 minutes and costs approximately 500 yen. Once at Itako Station, exit the station and look for the bus stop. Take the local bus (Bus #1) towards Ayame and get off at the 'Ayame' stop, which is a short walk from the garden. The bus fare is around 200 yen.
