Parking fees may apply, typically around 500 yen for the first hour.

From Kawachi, head to the nearest train station and take the JR Narita Line towards Narita Station. Change at Narita Station to the Airport Terminal 2 Station. The total travel time is approximately 30-40 minutes depending on connections. Once you arrive at Airport Terminal 2 Station, follow the signs to Terminal 2. The Observation Deck South is accessible from the terminal.
