If you are driving from the center of Kawachi, head southwest on Route 51. Follow Route 51 for about 15 kilometers until you reach the intersection near the Katori Jingu Shrine. Turn right onto Route 124 and follow the signs for Katori Jingu Shrine. The shrine will be on your left. There is parking available on-site, which is typically free.

From Kawachi Station, take the JR Narita Line towards Narita. You will need to transfer at Sawara Station to the JR Sobu Line. Take the Sobu Line to Katori Station. Once you arrive at Katori Station, exit and look for the bus stop where you can catch a local bus (Katori City Community Bus) heading to Katori Jingu Shrine. The bus ride will take approximately 15 minutes. Please check the bus schedule, as it may vary. A one-way bus fare is typically around 200 yen.
