From central Osaka, take the Kinki Expressway (Kansai Expressway) towards Nara. Follow the signs for Nara and then merge onto Route 169 towards Yoshino. Continue on Route 169 until you reach Yoshino. Once in Yoshino, follow the signs towards Yoshinoyama. Koyama Shrine is located at 2054 Yoshinoyama. Parking may be available nearby, but check local signage for specific parking details.

Start your journey at Osaka Station and take the Kintetsu Nara Line to Yoshino Station. The train ride takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Yoshino Station, you can take a bus or a taxi to Koyama Shrine. If you choose to take the bus, look for the bus heading towards Yoshinoyama. The bus fare is approximately 500 yen. Get off at the Koyama Shrine stop, which is a short walk from the shrine entrance.
