From central Kyoto, take the Meishin Expressway (名神高速道路) towards Osaka. After about 40 km, take the exit towards Osaka City and follow the signs for Route 1 (国道1号). Once in Osaka, continue straight until you reach the park's area. The park has a designated parking area where you may incur a fee, typically around 500-1000 JPY depending on the duration of your visit.

Public Transportation
To reach Kema Sakuranomiya Park using public transportation, begin at Kyoto Station. Take the JR Special Rapid Service on the JR Kyoto Line towards Osaka. This journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Disembark at Osaka Station. From Osaka Station, transfer to the JR Loop Line and get off at Kyobashi Station. At Kyobashi Station, transfer to the JR Tozai Line (or take about a 15-minute walk) to reach Kema Sakuranomiya Station. The park is a short walk from the station. Be prepared to pay for your train tickets; it should cost around 560 JPY for the entire journey.

If you are driving part of the way and then using public transport, you can park at a suburban station like Takatsuki Station. From there, take a local train on the JR Line directly to Kyobashi Station, then switch to the JR Loop Line to reach Kema Sakuranomiya Station.
