    From Kyoto Station, take the JR Nara Line towards Nara. Ride for about 20 minutes and get off at Uji Station. Once you arrive at Uji Station, exit the station and head towards the south exit. You'll see a bus stop nearby.

    At the bus stop outside Uji Station, board the City Bus No. 61 or No. 63 (check the route as it may vary). The bus ride will take approximately 15 minutes. Get off at the 'Manpukuji' bus stop.

    After disembarking from the bus at the 'Manpukuji' stop, walk for about 5 minutes. Head east on the road (Sanbanwari) until you see the entrance to Manpuku-ji on your right. The temple is nestled in a serene area, where you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
