From Kyoto Station, take the JR Biwako Line (also known as the JR Kosei Line) towards Maibara. This train departs from platforms 31-34. Stay on the train for about 25 minutes and get off at Moriyama Station. Once you arrive at Moriyama Station, exit the station and look for bus stop 3. Board the Shiga Kotsu Bus bound for Sagawa Art Museum. The bus ride takes approximately 15 minutes.
