    From Kyoto Station, take the Kyoto City Bus number 203 or 17 heading towards the 'Higashiyama' area. Get off at the 'Shimogamo Jinja-mae' bus stop. From there, it's about a 5-minute walk. Head north on Shimogamo Izumikawacho street; Tadasu-no-Mori Forest will be on your left.

    Take the Karasuma Line from Kyoto Station and transfer at 'Kitaoji Station' to the Kurama Line. Ride the Kurama Line to 'Kibune-guchi Station'. From there, take bus number 33 towards 'Kyoto Station' and get off at 'Shimogamo Jinja-mae'. Walk about 5 minutes north on Shimogamo Izumikawacho to reach Tadasu-no-Mori Forest.

    If you are staying in the vicinity of the Philosopher's Path, you can walk to Tadasu-no-Mori Forest. Head north towards the 'Kamo River' and follow it until you reach 'Shimogamo Shrine'. The forest is adjacent to the shrine. The walk will take approximately 20-30 minutes.
