  • Bus

    From Kyoto Station, take the Kyoto City Bus (Route 28) heading towards Sagatenryuji. Get off at the 'Sagatenryuji' bus stop. From there, walk about 5 minutes northeast along the main road, and you will find Nonomiya Shrine at 1 Sagatenryuji Tateishicho.

    From Kyoto Station, take the JR Sanin Line towards Sonobe. Get off at the 'Saga-Arashiyama' station. From the station, it's about a 15-minute walk to Nonomiya Shrine. Exit the station and head northwest towards the main road. Turn left and continue walking until you see signs for Nonomiya Shrine.

    If you're comfortable riding a bicycle, you can rent one from various rental shops near Kyoto Station. Head west towards Arashiyama. Follow the path along the river, and then take the road towards Sagatenryuji. Nonomiya Shrine is located on your left as you approach the area.
