Getting There

Train
From Nagoya Station, take the JR Tokaido Line towards Kameyama. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at Arimatsu Station. From Arimatsu Station, exit towards the east. The Arimatsu Narumi Shibori Tie-Dyeing Museum is about a 10-minute walk from the station. Follow the signs towards the main street (Arimatsu Street) and turn left. Continue straight until you see the museum on your right.

Subway and Bus
From Nagoya Station, take the Higashiyama Line towards Fujigaoka. Change at Sakae Station to the Meijo Line (circle line) and head towards Nagoya Dome-mae Yada. Get off at Kanayama Station and transfer to the Meitetsu Line. Take the Meitetsu Kowa Line towards Kowa and get off at Arimatsu Station. The museum is a 10-minute walk from the station, following the same route as mentioned above.

Bus
From Nagoya Station, take the Meitetsu Bus bound for Arimatsu. This bus will take you directly to Arimatsu. The journey takes about 40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Arimatsu bus stop, the museum is just a 5-minute walk away. Head east on the main road, and you will see the museum on your left.
