If you are starting from Nagoya Station, take the Higashiyama Line (Yellow Line) towards Fujigaoka. Travel for 3 stops and get off at Sakae Station. Once you exit the train, follow the signs to the 'Exit 1' of the station. After exiting, you will find yourself in the bustling Sakae area.

Walking
From Exit 1 of Sakae Station, head northwest on Hirokoji Street. You will see the Oasis 21 complex on your left. Continue straight, and after about 10 minutes of walking, you will reach the Chubu Electric Power MIRAI TOWER, located at 3 Chome-6-15 Nishiki, Naka Ward. The tower is a prominent landmark, so you should be able to spot it easily.

If you prefer taking a bus, from Nagoya Station, head to the bus terminal located outside of the station. Look for the Meitetsu Bus to 'Sakae', which runs frequently. Once you arrive at the Sakae bus stop, follow the same walking directions as provided earlier from Sakae Station to Chubu Electric Power MIRAI TOWER.
