Getting There

Walking
From Nagoya Station, exit the station through the Sakuradori Exit. After exiting, you will find yourself on Sakuradori Street. Walk straight along Sakuradori for about 10 minutes until you reach the Nagoya Castle area. The castle is located at 1-1 Honmaru, Naka Ward, Nagoya. You will see the castle's distinctive golden shachihoko (mythical fish) on the roof as you approach.

Public Transport - Subway
From Nagoya Station, take the Higashiyama Line (Yellow Line) towards Fujigaoka. Get off at the Sakae Station (3 stops). Transfer to the Meijo Line (Purple Line) at Sakae Station and take the train towards Nagoya Castle. Get off at the Shiyakusho Station (City Hall Station).
