    From Nara Station, take the Nara Kotsu Bus (also known as the Nara City Bus) towards Asuka. The bus ride takes approximately 40 minutes. You will disembark at the 'Oka' bus stop. After getting off the bus, walk about 10 minutes towards the southwest following the signs towards Okadera. The temple is located at 806 Oka, Asuka, Takaichi District.

  • Train and Walk

    From Nara Station, take the Kintetsu Nara Line to Yamato-Koriyama Station. Transfer to the Kintetsu Yoshino Line and get off at Asuka Station. From Asuka Station, it is about a 30-minute walk to Okadera. Head west on the main road, then follow the signs leading you to Okadera, which is located at 806 Oka, Asuka, Takaichi District.
