After approximately 30 km, turn onto Route 438, which will lead you towards Nishiiyayamamura. Continue on Route 438 for about 15 km until you see signs for Hinoji Valley - Iya River Bend Observation Point. The parking area is available near the observation point. Note that you may have to pay a parking fee of around 500 yen.

  • Public Transportation

    For those using public transportation, take a train from Tokushima Station to Awa-Ikeda Station on the Tokushima Line. From Awa-Ikeda Station, transfer to a local bus bound for Nishiiyayamamura. The bus ride takes approximately 50 minutes. Get off at the stop nearest to Hinoji Valley. From there, you may need to walk approximately 1 km to reach the observation point. Ensure to check the bus schedule in advance as services may be limited. The bus fare should be around 800 yen.
