If you are driving, take the Tokushima Expressway from Tokushima City. Exit at the Miyoshi Interchange and follow Route 32 heading towards Iya Valley. After approximately 30 minutes, turn onto Route 439 towards Nishiiyayamamura. Continue for about 25 minutes until you reach the Vine Bridge. There is free parking available nearby.

Public Transportation - Train and Bus
Start by taking a train from your location to the JR Tokushima Station. From there, board the JR Dosan Line train towards Kochi. Get off at Miyoshi Station (approximately 1 hour). From Miyoshi Station, take the Iya Valley Bus towards Nishiiyayamamura. The bus ride will take about 40 minutes. Get off at the 'Kazurabashi' stop, which is the nearest stop for the Vine Bridge. Note that bus schedules may vary, so check the current timetable before your trip.

Another option from Tokushima City is to take a direct bus to Iya Valley. The bus departs from the Tokushima Bus Terminal and takes approximately 1.5 hours.
