Getting There

    From your location in Shima, take Route 260 towards Tsu City. Follow the signs for Route 42 to Izumo. Once you reach Izumo, continue on Route 9 until you see the signs for Kawashimocho. Follow the signs to Kawashimocho where you will find the port for Tairajima Island. Parking is available near the port, but be aware that parking fees may apply.

    Start by taking a train from Shima to Izumo via the Kintetsu line. Once you arrive at Izumo station, transfer to a local bus heading towards Kawashimocho.
