Train
If you are starting from Shinjuku Station, take the JR Chuo Line (Rapid) towards Tokyo Station. After about 15 minutes, get off at Tokyo Station. From Tokyo Station, transfer to the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line and head towards Ikebukuro. Get off at the next stop, which is Kasumigaseki Station. Use Exit A1. From the exit, head straight for about 5 minutes until you reach the intersection. Turn right onto the road, and walk straight for another 10 minutes until you reach the Akasaka State Guest House East Gate.
