Take the Seibu-Shinjuku Line to Seibu-Shinjuku Station. Exit the station and walk east towards Kabukicho. Turn right onto the street just past the APA Hotel Shinjuku Kabukicho Tower. Karaoke 747 will be on your left-hand side in the basement of the Dai-6 Pole Star Building. The train fare from Shinjuku Station to Seibu-Shinjuku Station is approximately ¥150-200.
