If you are in central Tokyo, take the JR Yamanote Line to Shinjuku Station. Once you arrive at Shinjuku Station, exit through the East Exit. From there, head towards the Shinjuku Sumo Hall, which is a recognizable landmark.

After exiting the station, walk straight for about 10 minutes. You will pass by several shops and restaurants. As you continue, keep an eye out for a sign that says 'Yokoteramachi'. Turn left onto Yokoteramachi street. Continue walking for about 5 more minutes until you reach 40 Yokoteramachi, where Samurai Theater Tokyo is located.
