Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving, start from central Hitachi and head to the Joban Expressway (E6). Follow the signs for Tokyo and merge onto the expressway. Continue for approximately 70 kilometers until you reach the exit for Shinjuku. Follow the signs for Chuo City and use local roads to navigate to Tsukiji. The address is 4 Chome-11-3 Tsukiji, Chuo City, Tokyo 104-0045. Note that there may be parking fees at nearby lots.

• Train

  To reach Tsukiji Koromo Sushi via public transportation, walk to Hitachi Station. Board the JR Joban Line bound for Ueno. After approximately 1 hour, transfer at Ueno Station to the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line towards Asakusa. Get off at Tsukiji Station, which is only a few minutes walk from the restaurant. Follow signs to Exit 1, and once outside, head straight for about 500 meters until you reach the restaurant at 4 Chome-11-3 Tsukiji.

• Bus

  Alternatively, you can take a highway bus from Hitachi to Tokyo. Head to the Hitachi Bus Terminal and purchase a ticket for a bus heading to Tokyo Station. The journey takes approximately 2 hours. Once you arrive at Tokyo Station, take the JR Yamanote Line to Shimbashi Station, then transfer to the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line and get off at Tsukiji Station. Exit from Exit 1 and walk approximately 500 meters to reach Tsukiji Koromo Sushi.
