From Tosa, head northeast on Route 56. Merge onto Route 1 and continue for approximately 130 kilometers. Take the exit toward Kyoto. Once in Kyoto, follow signs for Fushimi Inari Taisha, which is located at 68 Fukakusa Yabunouchicho, Fushimi Ward, Kyoto. There is limited parking available near the shrine, and parking fees may apply, so be prepared to pay around 500-1000 yen for parking.

From Tosa, take a local train to Kochi Station. From there, transfer to the Nankai Line and take a train to Kyoto Station. Once at Kyoto Station, transfer to the JR Nara Line and take the train to Inari Station. The shrine is a short walk from the station. The entire journey will take approximately 3-4 hours and costs around 4000-6000 yen, including all train transfers.
