Getting There

    If you're traveling by car from Tosa, take National Route 56 heading north towards Kochi City. Follow Route 56 until you reach the junction with Route 1, where you'll merge onto Route 1 heading towards Hakone. Stay on Route 1 for approximately 2 hours until you reach Hakone. Once in Hakone, follow signs for Motohakone. As you approach the area, you'll see signs for Hakone Shrine. The first Torii Gate is located near the entrance of the shrine complex. Note that parking is available nearby, and fees may apply (approximately 500-1000 JPY).
