If you are driving from central Yamanashi, take Route 20 towards Kofu. Continue on Route 20 until you reach the interchange for Chuo Expressway. Merge onto the Chuo Expressway and head towards Nagoya. Take the Katsunuma Interchange and follow the signs for Katsunumacho Hishiyama. After exiting, turn left onto Route 144 and follow the road until you reach Chateau Jun located at 3308 Katsunumacho Hishiyama, Koshu. Be aware that parking is available on-site.

To reach Chateau Jun using public transport, take the JR Chuo Line from Kofu Station to Katsunuma Station. The journey takes approximately 20 minutes. Once you arrive at Katsunuma Station, exit the station and walk to the bus stop at the front. Take the bus bound for Katsunumacho Hishiyama (approximately a 10-minute ride).
