If you are traveling by car, take the Chuo Expressway (中央自動車道) and exit at the Kofu South Interchange (甲府南IC). Once you exit, follow the signs for Route 140 towards Hayakawa (早川) which will lead you towards the waterfall. Continue on Route 140 for about 30 minutes. You will see signs for Hagoromo Shiraito Waterfall; follow the directions to the parking area. The parking fee is approximately 500 yen.

Public Transportation
To reach Hagoromo Shiraito Waterfall using public transportation, take a train to Kofu Station (甲府駅) on the JR Chuo Line. From Kofu Station, transfer to the Fujikyu Railway (富士急行) and take the train towards Otsuki (大月). Get off at the Hayakawa Station (早川駅), which is the nearest station. From Hayakawa Station, you can take a local bus to the waterfall. The bus ride takes about 20 minutes and costs around 500 yen. Be sure to check the bus schedule in advance as they may not run frequently.
