Car
If you are driving from the center of Yufuin, head southeast on Yufuin Station Road (Route 210). After approximately 20 minutes, you will reach Beppu. Continue on Route 210 until you reach a fork; take the right towards Kannawa. Follow the signs for Kannawa Onsen. The Jigoku Onsen Museum is located at 321-1 Kannawa, Beppu, Oita 874-0041. There is parking available nearby, but keep in mind that parking may incur a small fee.

Start at Yufuin Station and take a train on the Yufuin Line towards Beppu Station. The journey takes about 15 minutes.
