If you are driving from the center of Yufuin, head southeast on Yufuin Station Road (Route 210). After approximately 20 minutes, you will reach Beppu. Continue on Route 210 until you reach a fork; take the right towards Kannawa. Follow the signs for Kannawa Onsen. The Jigoku Onsen Museum is located at 321-1 Kannawa, Beppu, Oita 874-0041. There is parking available nearby, but keep in mind that parking may incur a small fee.

Public Transportation (Train + Bus)
Start at Yufuin Station and take a train on the Yufuin Line towards Beppu Station. The journey takes about 15 minutes. Once you arrive at Beppu Station, exit the station and head to the bus terminal located next to it. Take the Kamenoi Bus bound for Kannawa Onsen (the fare is approximately 400 JPY). After about 20 minutes, get off at the Kannawa Onsen bus stop. The Jigoku Onsen Museum is a short 5-minute walk from the bus stop. Just head towards the main road, turn right, and follow the road until you see the museum on your left.
