If you are driving, head towards Hasamamachi Honoki from the center of Yufuin. Start by navigating to Yufuin Station, then take Route 210 heading northeast. After approximately 5 minutes of driving, turn left onto Hasamamachi Honoki Road. Continue on this road for about 1 km, and you will find Yufu Museum at 1027 Hasamamachi Honoki on your right. There is parking available on-site.

From Yufuin Station, you can take a local bus heading towards Hasamamachi. Look for the bus labeled for Hasamamachi Honoki. The journey takes about 10-15 minutes. Disembark at the Hasamamachi Honoki stop, which is a short walk from Yufu Museum. Once you get off the bus, head back down the road for about 500 meters, and the museum will be on your left. Make sure to check the bus schedule for return trips.
