Car
From Mujib Nature Reserve, exit the park and head north on the main road towards Madaba. Continue on this road for approximately 40 km. When you reach the junction near Madaba, take the sign for Jerash. Follow the signs for Jerash as you drive through the countryside until you reach Jerash. The Archaeological Site of Jerash is located at 7VHQ+GP8, Jerash. Parking is available nearby, and there may be a small fee for parking.
Public Transportation
To reach Jerash from Mujib Nature Reserve via public transportation, you will need to first take a taxi or shared taxi (service taxi) from Mujib to Madaba. This taxi ride will typically cost around 15-20 JOD and takes about 30 minutes. Once in Madaba, locate the bus station and take a bus heading to Jerash. The bus ride will take about an hour and costs around 1-2 JOD. Ask the driver to drop you off at the Archaeological Site of Jerash, which is well known to locals. Make sure to check the bus schedule for return trips.
