Walking
From the entrance of Petra, go straight ahead and follow the main path towards the Siq. Once you reach the Siq, continue walking through this narrow gorge until you arrive at the Treasury. After visiting the Treasury, continue walking past it and follow the main trail which leads deeper into Petra. Keep walking until you reach the theater. From the theater, head uphill towards the High Place of Sacrifice. As you ascend, look for a path that leads to the Byzantine Church, which is located near the ruins of the church. The church is marked by its beautiful mosaic floor and is a prominent landmark.

If you are at the Visitor Center, exit and follow the signs towards the main entrance of Petra. Once you are inside, proceed to the Siq, and from there follow the instructions as mentioned above. Make sure to have enough water, as the trek can take time depending on your pace.
