Walking
Starting from the Visitor Center in Petra, head towards the main archaeological site entrance. Once you enter the site, follow the main path leading towards the Siq. As you walk, take in the stunning views and the impressive rock formations around you. After approximately 15-20 minutes, you will reach the entrance to the Siq, a narrow gorge that leads to the iconic Treasury. Instead of entering the Siq, continue straight past the entrance, following the signs that indicate the path to the Obelisk Tomb and Bab as-Siq Triclinium.

Walking
As you continue on the path, keep an eye out for a sign directing you towards Obelisk Tomb. The route will take you slightly uphill, and you may encounter a few uneven surfaces, so be sure to wear comfortable shoes. The walk from the Siq entrance to Obelisk Tomb takes about 30 minutes. You will see the Obelisk Tomb as you approach, a striking monumental tomb featuring four large obelisks on its facade.

Walking
After exploring the Obelisk Tomb, look for the signs pointing to Bab as-Siq Triclinium. From the Obelisk Tomb, head back down the path you came from and take a left at the fork that leads you towards the Triclinium. This portion of the walk will take around 10-15 minutes. The Bab as-Siq Triclinium is a unique burial site, known for its intricate carvings and beautiful setting.
