Walking
If you are in downtown Lawrence, start at the intersection of Massachusetts St and 9th St. Head east on 9th St until you reach the intersection with New Hampshire St. Turn left onto New Hampshire St and continue walking until you reach the Lawrence Public Library. From there, head south on New Hampshire St until you reach 6th St. Cross 6th St and continue straight to reach the Lawrence Arts Center. Continue on this path until you reach the intersection of 6th St and Massachusetts St. Turn right and continue walking until you reach the bus stop for the T bus service. Take the T bus towards Boston and get off at the Downtown Crossing stop. From there, you can walk to 200 Atlantic Ave, Boston, MA 02110.

Start at the nearest bus stop in Lawrence that services the local transit. You can take the Lawrence Transit bus to the Lawrence Bus Station. From there, transfer to a Greyhound or Amtrak service that travels toward Boston. Once you arrive at the Boston bus terminal or train station, you can take the subway (MBTA) from South Station. Board the Red Line towards Alewife and transfer to the Orange Line at North Station towards Oak Grove. Get off at Haymarket Station and walk towards Atlantic Ave. The destination, 200 Atlantic Ave, Boston, MA 02110, will be a short walk from there.
