If you are traveling by car from Ile-Alatau National Park, start by heading towards Almaty on the road leading out of the park. Follow the signs towards Almaty, and merge onto the A2 highway. Continue on the A2 for approximately 30 kilometers. Once you reach Almaty, follow the signs to Abay Avenue. The Kazakh State Circus is located at Abay Ave 50, Almaty 050000. You can find parking near the circus, but be aware that parking fees may apply.

To reach the Kazakh State Circus using public transport, first, take a bus or a taxi from your location within Ile-Alatau National Park to the nearest bus station that connects to Almaty. Once in Almaty, you can take bus number 12 or 51 from the main bus station towards the city center. Get off at the stop near Abay Avenue. The circus is a short walk from the bus stop. Ensure to have some local currency for the bus fare, which is approximately 150 KZT.
