If you are starting from the Kentucky State Capitol, head northeast on Capitol Ave toward W Main St. Turn left onto W Main St and continue for about 0.3 miles. You will see the entrance to Frankfort Cemetery on your right at 215 E Main St. The cemetery is located on a hill with beautiful views, so take your time to enjoy the walk.
Public Transportation
If you are near the Frankfort Transit Center, take Bus Route 1 towards East Frankfort. Get off at the stop on E Main St. Walk back west for about 0.1 miles, and you will find the entrance to Frankfort Cemetery at 215 E Main St. The cemetery is directly accessible from this stop.
Biking
If you are biking from the downtown area, take the Main Street bike lane heading east. Continue on Main St for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with E Main St. The cemetery will be on your left at 215 E Main St. There are bike racks available at the entrance.
