From any location in the Western Coal Fields, head to US-27 S. If you're in a town like Madisonville or Henderson, follow signs to get onto US-27 S. Continue on US-27 S for approximately 50 miles until you reach the intersection with Danville Rd (KY-34). Turn left onto Danville Rd. Camp Nelson National Monument will be on your left at 6614 Danville Rd, Nicholasville, KY 40356. There is free parking available on site.
